A month before Christmas the Eventologists team were busy setting up the park suite at St Johns Hotel in Solihull for their Christmas parties.

Eventologists were chosen to theme the hotel in preparation for this festive season’s parties. We gave guests a taster of what was to come at their parities by creating an ice caved display in the foyer of the hotel. Which consisted of an icicle ceiling, fairy lit backdrop,

snow spread floor, presents and of course that all important tree dressed top to toe in winter blue and silver.

The event theming was made of over fifteen Christmas trees, decorated identically and placed around the room and foyer.

The Eventologists team loved the Jack Frost theme, with a sprinkling of their own "fairy dust" and icicles the theme added a sensational and magical experience to the St Johns Hotel.
